The history of Olmo Group is the expression of intelligence and fore view of its founder: Giuseppe Olmo. Well known for his cycling career, remembered for his entrepreneur capacities and loved for his qualities, his values and principles are an example still followed today by his successors.
Determined to achieve his own aims in sport and as entrepreneur, already in 1939 in Celle Ligure the Olmo Cicli (cycles) was created: the historic establishment dedicated to the production of bikes and accessories, born from the enthusiasm of Giuseppe and his brothers.
In the following years, from 1940 to 1970, the character of Giuseppe Olmo gave life to a series of companies that today have consolidated positions of leadership in several sectors and are integral part of a large industrial group: Olmo Group.
